Superdwell AI interior designers are trained on a vast database of interior design concepts, styles, and trends. They are capable of creating accurate and realistic designs based on the information you provide and the datasets they are trained on. However, the Superdwell service uses ground-breaking technology, some of which is in its infancy. Because of this, designs might contain inaccuracies or unexpected details. We are working hard to make the next release of Superdwell ever more accurate and amazing.

Each room design comes with ‘hotspots’. These are clickable links placed on each piece of furniture or accessory in the design. Clicking these hotspots will direct you to a third party online website where you may be able to purchase an item. Superdwell assumes no responsibility for the content, products, quality, suitability, functionality, legality, privacy policies, or practices of any third party website.  You can read more about this in our Terms of Use.

We offer all of our customers three free room designs so they can get to know our service and designers. If you’re not happy with the first design, you can make adjustments and your virtual designer will generate a new design.

Your designer will typically generate a design within 1-2 minutes of receiving your information. However, this could vary depending on the complexity of your room, how busy our service is and the speed of your internet connection.

Our AI is capable of designing rooms of all shapes and sizes. However, all room designs are shown in pictures with a 5:4 aspect ratio, so keep this in mind when uploading your picture and requesting your room design.

While we strive to provide room designs with shoppable products, the Superdwell service may create designs featuring products that are not available to purchase. We will always try to offer websites and shopping links to similar looking products.

Yes, Superdwell designers consider all visible features in the picture of your room, including natural light and existing architectural features, to create a design that complements your space.

We take data privacy seriously. All the information you provide, including your room photos and personal preferences, are securely stored and used in line with our Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.

Absolutely, our interior designers are adept at designing both residential and commercial spaces. You can specify the space during your chat with your virtual interior designer.
